What is AVOW?
A quick introduction to our service and features
AVOW (A View Of Worship) is a subscription-based service that provides professionally notated SongSlides with words and music for congregational singing. Since 2002, AVOW has focused on creating easy-to-read and easy-to-follow SongSlides that encourage congregational participation in singing.
SongSlides with Words and Music: Unlike services that only provide lyrics, AVOW includes musical notation to help congregations follow along with different singing parts.
Multiple Notation Formats: SongSlides are available in four formats (Standard Notation, Standard Notation WideScreen, Shaped Notes, and Shaped Notes WideScreen)
Comprehensive Library: Access to over 1000 SongSlides across various genres for traditional, contemporary, or blended worship services
Easy-to-Use Interface: Browse, search, and download slides directly from the website
Licensed & Legal: Fully licensed to create and distribute SongSlides with words and music to subscribers
To use AVOW, your church must maintain a valid CCLI (Christian Copyright Licensing International) license. This allows you to legally project the song slides in your worship services. Your CCLI license covers the use of lyrics. Your subscription fee covers the use of projected musical notation.
When using SongSlides from AVOW:
Songs must be reported on your CCLI survey during your assigned reporting period
The subscription is non-transferable between churches
Churches with multiple campuses need separate subscriptions for each location
AVOW provides SongSlides in four distinct formats to suit different presentation needs:

Traditional notation optimized for widescreen displays (16:9)

How to Login to Your AVOW Account

Open your web browser and navigate to the AVOW website
Click on the 'Login' button in the top-right corner of the navigation bar
Alternatively, you can go directly to the login page .
Enter your credentials
Email Address: Use the email address you provided during subscription signup
Password: Enter your password
Remember Me (Optional)
Check the 'Remember Me' box if you're using a secure, private device
This will keep you logged in for an extended period
Click the Sign In button to access your account

Forgot Password
If you can't remember your password:
1. Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page
2. Enter your email address in the reset form
3. Check your email for password reset instructions
4. Follow the link in the email to create a new password
5. Login with your new password
Account Locked
If you've made multiple unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support.
Email Not Recognized
If the system doesn't recognize your email:
• Check for typos in your email address
• Ensure you're using the same email address used during subscription signup
• Verify your subscription is active by checking for payment confirmation emails

Use a Strong Password: Combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
Don't Share Your Login: Each church subscription should have its own account
Log Out When Finished: Click your username and select "Sign Out" when done using AVOW
Update Your Password Regularly: Change your password periodically for enhanced security

Church Information
Shows your church name and CCLI number. This information is important for copyright compliance and ensures proper reporting of song usage.

Shows the SongSlides you've recently downloaded, making it easy to access frequently used content or continue where you left off.

The Downloads page is where you'll find and download SongSlides for your worship services. This page provides access to the complete library of available SongSlides with powerful search and filtering capabilities.
AVOW offers multiple ways to locate the SongSlides you need:

Once you've found the song you want to use, the download process is straightforward:
Click on the song to open the Download Dialog
Select your preferred notation format from the dropdown menu
Click the Download button
The file will be saved to your device as a PowerPoint (.pptx) file

Search & Filter
Find specific downloads by searching for song title, artist, or filtering by date range or notation format.
Sort Options
Organize your download history by different criteria including date (newest/oldest), song title (A-Z), or artist name.
Usage Insights
Review patterns in your congregation's song usage over time to better understand preferences and frequency of use.
The Download History page displays a comprehensive list of your downloaded SongSlides with these details:
Song Title: The name of the song
Artist: The songwriter or composer
Download Date: When you downloaded the SongSlide
Format: The notation format you downloaded (Standard, StandardWide, Shaped, or ShapedWide)
To help you find specific downloads in your history, you can use these search and filter tools:
Search Box
Type keywords to instantly filter your download history. The search works across song titles, artists, and other displayed information.
Date Range Filter
Filter downloads by a specific date range. Useful for finding SongSlides downloaded for particular events or worship services.
Format Filter
Filter by notation format to find all songs you've downloaded in Standard Notation, StandardWide, Shaped Notes, or ShapedWide formats.
Sort Controls
Sort your history by clicking on column headers. Toggle between ascending and descending order with repeated clicks.
