By subscribing to or using A View of Worship, you agree to these terms.
What You're Licensing
SongSlides are the intellectual property of A View of Worship, LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited license to use them for congregational worship at your church. When your subscription ends, that license ends with it — previously downloaded files may no longer be used.
Copyright
Unless marked as public domain, all music in our catalog is copyright protected. We license and pay royalties to publishers so your downloads are licensed for congregational use. Public domain songs carry no royalty obligation.
CCLI License Required
A valid CCLI license is required to subscribe. Our first major publisher asked us to require it — so that lyric authors would also receive royalties through your CCLI reporting. We cover the music notation; your CCLI report covers the songwriters. Report all SongSlides you use on your CCLI survey during your assigned reporting period.
Print Copies
You may print copies of SongSlides for congregational use at your church. Printed copies must be included in your CCLI survey report, just like digital uses.
Song Lyrics
Lyrics in AVOW arrangements are copyright protected. They may not be altered without express written permission from the copyright owner.
Non-Transferable
Your subscription covers a single church. SongSlides may not be shared with or transferred to other churches or organizations. Multi-campus? Contact us for licensing options.
Changing Churches
If you move to a different church, your license to use them stays with the original church account — you may not take them with you. Register a new account under your new church's name, add that church's CCLI license, and download what you need under that account.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your church's copyright compliance and proper CCLI reporting. We provide SongSlides under license — how you use them is ultimately your responsibility.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
